How can I return an item that I purchased on the website?

When you buy a physical item from our online store, we provide you with 30 days to take your item, confidently knowing you can return any item, for any reason within 30 days, after you received your item. That even includes custom Tigre Fino’s designed by you. No questions asked, and no shipping costs for Tigre Fino’s members. And after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

You may purchase merchandise from TigreFinoMusic.com by using any one of the payment options listed in the checkout page. TigreFinoMusic.com and/or Flow Money Records reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
