If you have any questions, concerns, comments, need help with ordering, or anything in general about Tigre Fino, and/or, you can contact us by filling out the contact form by click here. Our answering time is usually less than 24 hours.

How long is the processing time?

Our processing time is about 2-7 business days after payment, but generally about 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Then you should add shipping times on top of processing time depending on the shipping service of your choice.

Downloadable Items are available for download after the customer makes the payment on our website. The customer can download the purchased item in 3 ways: 1- After payment is accepted you will be provided with the download link. 2- You will be receiving an email with the invoice of you purchase, and with the download link. 3- You can go to (My Account) from our menu bar, and download all your downloadable items that you purchased on our website.

How can I return an item that I purchased on the website?

When you buy a physical item from our online store, we provide you with 30 days to take your item, confidently knowing you can return any item, for any reason within 30 days, after you received your item. That even includes custom Tigre Fino’s designed by you. No questions asked, and no shipping costs for Tigre Fino’s members. And after 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a link to shipping and tracking information. Items may be arriving in separate packages, but we’ll email you each time one ships. We’ll also notify you of any delays if an issue arises with your order.

Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?

If you find issues with your order, contact us right away before the item gets shipped. The window between when you place your order and when we start processing it.

Why was my order canceled?

If your order is cancelled, we’ll notify you via email. The reasons for cancellations may include any of the following: The item ran out of stock. The payment method you provided was declined.
